Sandy Stapleton

Sandy Stapleton, the owner and director, has been in the childcare education business since 1985.  After graduating from high school, she received her BS in Education from Bridgewater State College.  She worked in public schools, married her husband Ron, and was blessed with 3 beautiful children.  In 1985, after the birth of her first 2 children, she decided to undertake opening her own center, thus being able to care for her own children and starting what turned out to be a lifelong love – giving parents a place where they knew their children would be cared for, loved, nurtured, kept safe, and educated in a beautiful, home-like environment.

Gina Melo, Sandy Stapleton

Starting initially as a “family” day care, she expanded the business to incorporate the entire building and hired Gina Melo, who has been a part of the Creative family since 1992.  As a licensed facility specializing in preschool age care, our reputation as a first-class center has been established with the local school systems.  Teachers from both Acushnet Elementary and Pulaski School have come to recognize the children who enter the system in kindergarten, with our graduates standing out in readiness and social skills.  Her goal is for a parent to leave their child without anxiety or uncertainty, knowing that they have made the best possible decision for their precious child.
